Terms of Service

Effective: 3 May 2026 · Version: draft.0.1

⚠ Draft pending legal review. Written by the engineering team to describe the product as it works today. Not yet reviewed by counsel. Not legally binding. If you need binding terms before using the product, contact your advisor at Passport to Wealth.

By using Passport to Wealth Finance Clarity (the "skill"), the install scripts, the landing page, the demo dashboard, or any related artifact, you agree to these terms.

1. What this product is — and is not

The skill is a software tool that helps you organize and visualize your financial data on your own computer. It is intended for clients of Passport to Wealth as a complement to professional advice, not as a replacement.

This is not financial advice. The numbers, charts, categorizations, and any text the dashboard or assistant produces are software output. They are not investment advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or any other regulated financial guidance. For decisions about your money, consult your financial advisor, CPA, or attorney. Always keep your original bank statements, broker statements, and tax documents — do not delete source records based on what this tool shows.

The product is currently a pre-1.0 prototype. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Bugs are expected. Always verify outputs against your source records.

2. Who can use it

This product is licensed under a proprietary license (see LICENSE in the repository) with a personal-use grant for clients of Passport to Wealth. You may use the skill on your own financial data. You may not redistribute it, sell it, sublicense it, or use it to provide a service to others without separate written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

4. Your content and credentials

5. Disclaimers

The skill, the install scripts, the landing page, the demo dashboard, and any related artifact are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Software bugs may produce incorrect categorizations, missed transactions, wrong totals, or other errors. Always verify against source records.

We do not warrant that:

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Passport to Wealth, Arielle Tucker, or the contributors to this project be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the skill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the skill, which during the prototype phase is zero.

7. Termination

You can stop using the skill at any time by deleting the workspace folder and uninstalling Claude Code. We may discontinue the skill, the landing page, the publishing flow, the Cloudflare Worker, or any related infrastructure at any time, with or without notice. If we discontinue the publishing flow, your dashboards may become unreachable; export anything you need from ~/Documents/my-finances/ first.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above and noted in the CHANGELOG. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

To be determined pending legal review. Likely the law of the jurisdiction where Passport to Wealth is established. This section will be replaced with a binding choice-of-law clause once counsel has reviewed.

10. Contact
