07Privacy, by default
-
Between you and your assistant.
Your
~/Documents/my-finances/folder lives on your laptop. The assistant reads from it there. Nothing's uploaded unless you put the folder in iCloud or Dropbox yourself, or you choose to share your dashboard. - Sharing is opt-in. No third-party host is contacted unless you explicitly choose to publish.
- Sensitive files are skipped. Paystubs, tax returns, and identity documents are not fed into the pipeline by default. The assistant won't read them unless you opt in per file.
- Always your originals. The dashboard is a view. It never edits or deletes your bank exports. Keep your originals as the system of record.
